Maintenance Manager

About the role

Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation is looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance functions for facility infrastructure, utilities, production equipment and support systems, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Manage work order priorities, scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs and documentation.
• Coordinate equipment installations, modifications, relocations, startups and facility improvement projects.
• Lead capital improvement projects including planning, budgeting, vendor selection and execution.
• Supervise, develop and coach maintenance personnel while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor performance metrics and develop action plans to improve reliability and efficiency.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or degree preferred.
• 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience and 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and control systems.
• Experience with root‑cause analysis, budgeting, capital projects and vendor management.

Required skills

• Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and control system expertise.
• Preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
• Root‑cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Reading and interpreting technical schematics and drawings.
• Proficiency with CMMS, CAD software and Microsoft Office.
