Machine Operator – Production Line

About the role

The Machine Operator will run blow‑mold, PET and injection molding equipment, as well as grinders, trimmer machines and conveyor systems, to produce high‑quality bottles. The role includes troubleshooting process issues, performing minor maintenance, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.

Key responsibilities

• Operate blow‑mold, PET and injection molding machines safely and efficiently.
• Perform bottle inspections, drop tests, and quality checks during production.
• Troubleshoot process problems and execute minor repairs on equipment.
• Document daily production data, including rejects, regrinds and line efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety policies.
• Monitor and replenish packaging material supplies.
• Prepare maintenance request forms and assist with equipment repairs.
• Escalate any bottle abnormalities or quality issues immediately.

Required profile

• Reliability and punctuality with a strong safety mindset.
• Ability to work 8‑hour first‑shift schedule and occasional mandatory overtime.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
