Machine Operator (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Machine Operator to join Altium Packaging’s production team. The role involves operating blow‑mold, grinder and trimmer machines as well as conveyor systems to manufacture high‑quality bottles.

Key responsibilities

• Install, align, dismantle and relocate industrial equipment according to technical drawings using manual and electric tools.
• Operate blow‑molding machines, perform weight and quality audits, and adjust settings to meet product specifications.
• Inspect machinery for faults, ensure compliance with safety regulations and company GMP standards.
• Troubleshoot process issues and carry out minor repairs on molds, equipment and supporting systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on molds, collars and blow‑molding equipment.
• Re‑grind excess bottles and material, and document all maintenance activities.
• Prepare daily production reports covering rejects, re‑grind, line efficiency and other key metrics.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by supervisors or lead operators.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with a willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical plans.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards and good manufacturing practices.
