LPN Supervisor

About the role

At Cumberland Nursing and Rehab, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. As an LPN Supervisor you will lead a team of Licensed Practical Nurses to ensure high‑quality care for our patients.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise LPNs in providing direct patient care and maintain the highest standards of attention.
• Coordinate care by collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, assess conditions regularly, and report changes to the nursing team and physicians.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment adhering to safety protocols and infection‑control guidelines.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes.

Required profile

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in Maryland.
• Experience as an LPN, preferably in long‑term care or rehabilitation (minimum years not specified).
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent patient assessment and care‑planning skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
