LPN Private Duty 1:1 Homecare – Flexible Shifts

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one‑to‑one private duty care in clients' homes across Ocean County. You can choose morning, evening or overnight shifts, with full‑time, part‑time or PRN options, and enjoy a supportive culture that values flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized nursing care to clients, including those with tracheostomies and ventilators.
• Maintain accurate electronic charting using the Statewise system.
• Collaborate with 24/7 on‑call clinical support and follow BAYADA’s care protocols.

Required profile

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program, verified by transcript or diploma.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic charting systems.
• Ability to manage care for low‑acuity pediatric and adult patients with tracheostomies and ventilators.
