About the role

The Cleveland Clinic West Palm Beach team is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its Float Pool on a per‑diem basis. You will work days from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm across multiple locations, providing patient‑first care to a diverse community.

Key responsibilities

Implement patient care plans and complete nursing documentation.
Assess and document pain management, recognize changes in patient condition, and report to a Charge Nurse or Physician.
Follow code protocols and infection‑control practices.
Travel to West Palm Beach, Wellington, and Palm Beach Gardens, working a minimum of 48 hours every six weeks.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited LPN program with a Florida LPN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Computer literate and knowledge of infection‑control practices.
Physical ability to lift patients and equipment up to 50 lb (or 50 lb with assistance).
