LPN – Pediatric Day Shift Private Duty

About the role

BAYADA Willow Grove Pediatric Office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high‑acuity, hospital‑level care in the home for pediatric clients in the Philadelphia area. The role focuses on day‑shift private duty nursing for children with complex medical needs, including ventilator and tracheostomy support.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a single client per day, following a schedule you choose.
• Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
• Provide hands‑on care such as ventilator, BiPAP, tracheostomy, and G‑tube management.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the Clinical Manager and physician.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania.

Required skills

• Ventilator and BiPAP management.
• Tracheostomy and G‑tube care.
