About the role
Join BAYADA's accredited Nurse Residency Program as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and receive paid, in‑depth training from day one. You will provide one‑on‑one patient care across all ages and acuity levels while developing your clinical skills in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver individualized patient care in home health settings.
- Utilize electronic charting with Statewise to document care accurately.
- Participate in simulation labs and ongoing clinical support.
Required profile
- Current valid U.S. nursing license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- CPR certification in good standing.
