About the role
The Cleveland Clinic Health System seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Neurology team at the Coral Springs Family Health and Surgery Center. You will work day shifts providing high‑quality patient care in a state‑of‑the‑art outpatient facility.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care, including medication administration and pain‑management assessments.
- Maintain accurate documentation in medical records and complete authorization forms and lab requisitions.
- Follow National Patient Safety Goals, Code Blue protocol, and infection‑control standards.
- Assist with patient positioning, lifting, and equipment handling as needed.
Required profile
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross.
- Knowledge of infection‑control practices and computer literacy.
- Preferred: one year of clinical experience, preferably in neurology.
Required skills

- Computer literacy for electronic health record systems.
