About the role

The Cleveland Clinic West Palm Beach team is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Internal Medicine department. You will work day shifts (7:30 am‑4:30 pm) providing patient‑first care in a high‑volume outpatient setting.

Key responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care, administer medications, and maintain accurate medical records.
Complete authorization forms, laboratory requisitions, and pain‑management assessments.
Follow JCAHO National Patient Safety Goals, Code Blue protocol, and infection‑control practices.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited LPN program and Florida LPN licensure.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross.
Computer literacy and knowledge of infection‑control practices.

Required skills

Experience with EPIC electronic health record system (preferred).
Ability to lift/move patients and equipment up to 50 lb independently and over 50 lb with assistance.
