About the role
BAYADA’s HICU® Health Services Hospital at Home ICU LPN works as an extension of the hospital care team, delivering skilled nursing care to infants and young children as they transition from the hospital to home in the greater Philadelphia area.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑on‑one client care for infants and children under 2 years old.
- Deliver high‑quality skilled nursing services, including infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care, in a home setting.
Required profile
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- At least one year of verifiable LPN experience, including NICU, PICU, ICU, or home‑care trach/vent experience with infants/pediatrics under 2 years old.
Required skills
- Competence in infusion therapy.
- Proficiency in tracheostomy and ventilator care.
