LPN Homecare Nurse – Flexible Shifts

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one‑to‑one home care for patients in the Philadelphia area. You will travel to a single client’s home, follow doctors’ orders, and deliver high‑quality, compassionate care in a flexible schedule that you help set.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to the client’s home on a schedule you choose and provide direct nursing care.
• Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor the client’s condition.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately in the patient’s record.
• Utilize autonomy to perform skilled procedures such as tracheostomy and ventilator management when required.

Required profile

• Current, valid LPN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.
• Availability for 8‑, 10‑, or 12‑hour shifts on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, including PRN, part‑time, or full‑time options.

Required skills

• CPR certification.
