About the role
BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide 1:1 home care for clients across the Winston‑Salem and Greensboro metro area. The position offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and hands‑on training to support nurses at every level.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personalized nursing care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes.
- Document care using Statewise electronic charting system.
- Collaborate with 24/7 clinical support and mentorship team.
Required profile
- Active LPN license in North Carolina.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Required skills
- Proficiency with electronic charting (Statewise).
- Ability to work independently in a home‑care environment.
What we offer
- Hourly pay $28–$32 with weekend and overnight differentials.
- Commitment bonuses ranging from $5,000 to $10,000.
- Full‑time, part‑time and PRN schedules; 8‑, 10‑ or 12‑hour shifts.
