About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality patient care and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Use clinical judgment to assess, diagnose, and treat patients' physical and emotional needs.
• Foster a positive, supportive environment that promotes community among residents, families, and staff.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives to continuously enhance services and outcomes.

Required profile

• Current LPN license in the state of Maryland.
• 6‑12 months of clinical experience; long‑term care experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
