About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Ambulatory Procedure team in the Pain Management Center. This full‑time, day‑shift position works Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am‑5:30 pm, providing direct patient care under RN and physician supervision.

Key responsibilities

Provide patient care activities, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment implementation.
Collect and document objective and subjective patient data, and report findings.
Monitor patients for adverse reactions to medications or procedures.
Perform routine laboratory tests and educate patients and families.

Required profile

Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program.
Current Ohio LPN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
One year of patient‑care experience preferred.

Required skills

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
