About the role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will support caregivers in delivering high‑quality, patient‑first care within the Orthopaedics‑Ambulatory Operations department at Westlake Medical Office Building.

Key responsibilities

Provide patient care activities under the direction of an RN and/or physician.
Collect and document objective and subjective patient data, complete nursing assessments, and report findings.
Implement nursing care plans, administer medication or treatment, and monitor patient responses.
Observe patients for adverse reactions, perform routine laboratory tests, and educate patients and families.

Required profile

Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program.
Current Ohio license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
One year of patient‑care experience preferred.

Required skills

Practical nursing knowledge and clinical skills.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
