About the role
The Cleveland Clinic Health System seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Neurology department at Express Care Uniontown. You will work 8:00 am‑5:00 pm providing patient‑first care to individuals with neurological conditions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide patient care activities under the direction of an RN and/or physician.
- Collect and document objective and subjective patient data.
- Complete nursing assessments and report findings.
- Implement nursing care plans, administer medications or treatments, and monitor patient responses.
- Observe patients for adverse reactions to medications or treatments.
- Perform routine laboratory tests.
- Educate patients and family members about care and treatment.
Required profile
- Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program.
- Current Ohio license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
- Preferred: one year of patient‑care experience.
Required skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ohio LPN licensure.
