LPN – 1:1 Private Duty Nurse

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide one‑to‑one private duty care in clients' homes near Lexington. You will join a supportive Skilled Private Duty Nursing team that values compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home on a schedule you choose and deliver personalized nursing care.
• Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current, active LPN license in good standing in the state of Kentucky.
