Logistics Replenishment Planning Manager

About the role

The Logistics Replenishment Planning Manager leads a team that translates logistics plans into daily operating routines, ensuring disciplined execution across replenishment, warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation. The role is accountable for day‑to‑day performance against service, cost and working‑capital targets, monitoring execution, spotting risks and driving coordinated recovery actions with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of analysts, set priorities, monitor performance and build execution capability.
• Own the execution of logistics operating plans, aligning them with service, cost and working‑capital objectives.
• Monitor key metrics (service level, throughput, inventory flow, backlog) and trigger timely corrective actions.
• Identify constraints such as capacity, labor, inventory or carrier performance and coordinate mitigation plans.
• Establish and run operating cadences (daily, weekly, monthly) including execution reviews, action tracking and escalation forums.
• Produce performance reports, validate data, generate insights and present risks and recommendations to leadership.
• Coordinate cross‑functionally with Planning, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, Customer Management, Procurement and external partners.
• Enforce standard operating procedures, escalation paths and continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost service reliability and cost performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading logistics or supply‑chain teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear narratives and actionable plans.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and experience managing complex, multi‑modal transportation networks.
• Effective communicator who can align diverse stakeholders around execution priorities.
