Logistics Planner – Customer Supply Chain

About the role

The Logistics Planner (Customer Planner) will ensure the seamless supply of finished goods to Bosch’s North American customers. Reporting to the supply chain team, the role combines demand planning, inventory management and close coordination with sales, production plants and customers to achieve on‑time delivery, high quality and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate material flow and service levels for assigned customers, acting as the primary link between customer demand, sales and manufacturing plants.
• Create and maintain delivery schedules, support production “make” planning and manage customer forecasts and order confirmations.
• Lead customer‑facing and internal Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) projects to enhance delivery performance.
• Resolve bottlenecks, shortages and product change issues, minimizing obsolescence and ensuring timely introductions.
• Maintain customer‑specific data (PFEP, guidelines), monitor key planning parameters and act as MRP controller for assigned part numbers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer‑oriented planning or supply chain coordination.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and proactive communication skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and drive continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Experience with MRP systems and inventory management tools.
• Knowledge of forecasting, stock‑keeping and planning parameters.
