Logistics Dispatcher (Remote)

About the role

The company, a US‑based logistics and supply chain consultancy, seeks an overnight remote Dispatcher to monitor and coordinate logistics operations during night hours. The role ensures timely movement of shipments and supports drivers and field teams in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain phone, email, VPN, order entry, dispatch board, and tracking systems.
• Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles, or equipment according to predefined schedules, customer requests, or urgent needs.
• Communicate work orders and updates via phone, email, or text to drivers, account managers, supervisors, and customers.
• Track active deliveries, routes, and LH/warehouse check‑ins, and resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Prepare daily work schedules, manage work requests, expenses, inventory records, and support day‑shift handover.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in customer service and logistics dispatch.
• Strong communication, clerical, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work under stress, and remain calm in fast‑changing situations.

Required skills

• Familiarity with industry dispatch systems (e.g., E‑Courier)
