About the role
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our logistics team as Remote Logistics Coordinators. From home, you will help schedule shipments, communicate with drivers and clients, and ensure freight moves efficiently across the country.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with drivers and clients to provide load updates
- Manage shipment schedules and ensure on‑time delivery
- Track, organize, and record shipment information accurately
- Deliver excellent customer service to carriers and clients
Required profile
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Comfortable using basic computer tools such as email, spreadsheets, and chat apps
- Self‑motivated with strong attention to detail
- No prior logistics experience required
