Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day logistics activities, track orders and deliveries, and keep information flowing between internal teams, locations, and external partners. This fully remote position requires strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate orders, deliveries, and routine logistics requests.
• Track shipments, deliveries, and scheduled activities.
• Communicate with vendors, locations, and internal teams regarding logistics needs.
• Maintain accurate delivery, order, and logistics records.
• Follow up on delays, missing information, or delivery issues.
• Update spreadsheets and internal systems with logistics information.
• Support the resolution of routine logistics and scheduling issues.

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics, operations, administration, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Good communication and follow‑up skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital systems.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Practical problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and workspace; legally authorized to work in the United States.
