Logistics Coordinator – Distribution & Supply Chain

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will manage inbound and outbound shipments for franchise restaurant locations and support centers. You will act as the primary point of contact for franchisees and vendors, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, monitor distributor performance, delivery schedules, fill rates, and inventory levels.
• Serve as the main liaison for franchisees and vendors on shipping issues, shortages, and logistics concerns.
• Track and resolve delivery discrepancies, damaged goods, and service interruptions.
• Support product rollouts, promotions, seasonal items, and new restaurant openings from a distribution perspective.
• Maintain accurate distribution records, product data, and logistics documentation.
• Analyze shipping and freight costs to identify savings and operational efficiencies.
• Fulfill internal Shopify store orders, manage UPS pickups, and ensure quality control.
• Prepare logistics KPI reports, maintain shipment tracking systems, and support cross‑functional distribution projects.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in logistics, distribution, supply chain, or restaurant operations.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
