Logistics and Warehouse Operations Manager

About the role

You will lead on‑site warehouse operations and coordinate with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient receiving, inventory control, fulfillment, and transportation. This role focuses on quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end warehouse and transportation operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, fulfillment, and outbound logistics.
• Lead warehouse teams: staffing, training, performance management, safe work practices, and data accuracy.
• Manage 3PL and transportation providers from selection through governance, ensuring SLA compliance and cost effectiveness.
• Develop operational strategies, KPIs, forecasts, and capacity plans balancing cost, service, sustainability, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive cross‑functional optimization initiatives such as process standardization, automation, analytics, and network improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or transportation management with direct supervisory responsibility.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage third‑party logistics providers and deliver inventory accuracy and service quality.
