Localization PM/QA Project Manager

About the role

DATAmundi is looking for an experienced Localization PM/QA Project Manager to support a global technology client in delivering multilingual growth marketing campaigns and digital content at scale. The role is hybrid, based in Cupertino, and requires full coverage of Pacific Time business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end localization workflows for marketing campaigns and product/content releases, from intake and planning through execution, QA validation and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, client stakeholders, vendors and international QA teams to ensure seamless execution across multiple markets and languages.
• Own and manage Localization QA workflows, including linguistic QA, functional validation, UI/UX review, layout checks, bug triage and issue resolution.
• Track project status, defects, risks and dependencies, monitor SLAs, turnaround times and quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑5 years of experience in localization project management, Localization QA, or a hybrid localization operations role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume multilingual programs with tight release cycles and strict SLAs.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with localization tools, CMS environments, CAT tools, terminology management systems, bug tracking and reporting dashboards.
• Hands‑on coordination of linguistic QA, software localization testing and marketing campaign localization.
