Local Driver – Full-Time – $27.16-$34.65/hr

About the role

TForce Freight is seeking a reliable, safety‑focused Local Driver to join its growing logistics team. You will operate a tractor‑trailer, deliver freight to customers across the region, and represent the company with a professional, customer‑centric attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods safely and efficiently.
• Load, secure, and unload cargo according to company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and cargo conditions.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and any issues.
• Follow all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.

Required profile

• Impeccable customer service orientation.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) in the resident state.
• Hazmat, tanker, and doubles endorsements.
• At least 21 years of age and meet all DOT and company requirements.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
