Loan Administrator – Commercial Real Estate Credit

About the role

Safra National Bank is seeking a Loan Administrator to support its Commercial Real Estate Credit department. The role involves managing loan documentation, coordinating closings, and providing servicing support for both commercial and residential loan portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify loan documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate closing activities, boarding, and post‑closing administration.
• Manage loan pipelines in the Encompass system, ensuring data integrity and workflow efficiency.
• Track exceptions, monitor loan conditions, and escalate discrepancies promptly.
• Support servicing teams with loan servicing inquiries and updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in loan administration, mortgage operations, or commercial real‑estate lending.
• Hands‑on experience with both Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Residential loan processes.
• Familiarity with lending regulations, compliance standards, and internal controls.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in a high‑volume environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
