Loader Supervisor

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking an Outbound Loader Supervisor for its Otsego, MN Service Center. This full‑time, second‑shift position oversees dock and dispatch operations, ensuring efficient handling of LTL loads.

Key responsibilities

• Manage drivers and freight handlers.
• Coordinate dock operations and schedule driver/freight‑handler assignments.
• Maintain safety compliance and quality freight‑handling procedures.
• Dispatch LTL loads in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager.

Required profile

• Proven basic leadership experience.
• Ability to lead in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and logistical skills with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of quality freight handling preferred.
• Computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Otsego and surrounding areas is a plus.
• Prior LTL leadership experience is desirable.
