About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides for live‑in assignments throughout Monmouth County, New Jersey. You will provide one‑on‑one support to clients in their homes, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Support mobility, safety, and comfort throughout the day.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Follow an individualized care plan and monitor for changes in condition.
• Maintain a respectful, calm, and supportive home care environment.
• Communicate regularly with BAYADA’s clinical and office teams.

Required profile

• Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification.
• Willingness to work live‑in assignments in Monmouth County.
