Litigation Attorney – Fully Remote – $225k Base + Bonus

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our fully remote team. The role focuses on general tort litigation, handling complex cases such as premises liability, auto accidents, products liability, negligent security, and other personal injury matters. You will work independently while receiving strong mentorship and early responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage general tort cases from intake through discovery, depositions, motions, and trial.
• Draft pleadings, discovery demands, motions, and settlement demands.
• Conduct depositions and prepare for mediations and court appearances.
• Analyze liability, damages, and coverage issues while negotiating resolutions.

Required profile

• J.D. degree and active New York Bar admission.
• 2–6+ years of tort or civil litigation experience (plaintiff or defense).
• Strong litigation, writing, and client communication abilities.
