About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Lifestyle Assistant to support the Founder of Jacques Marie Mage. This position blends personal and professional assistance, ensuring the Founder’s daily operations run smoothly while staying attuned to the luxury fashion landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Founder’s calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and personal commitments.
• Handle communications on behalf of the Founder, including emails and phone calls, prioritizing urgent matters.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, covering flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Provide concierge‑style services such as personal errands and appointment management.
• Track important deadlines, events, and follow‑up actions to prevent oversights.
• Organize and maintain both personal and business documents for easy access.
• Stay up‑to‑date on fashion trends, luxury brands, and key industry events.
• Curate and recommend luxury experiences aligned with the Founder’s preferences.
• Monitor invitations to exclusive events and keep the Founder informed of relevant opportunities.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or lifestyle manager, preferably in a luxury or fashion environment.
• Strong interest and understanding of fashion and luxury industry trends.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with precision in handling multiple priorities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, maintaining professionalism and discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
