Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Health

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its Butler County Skilled Nursing team. You will provide one‑to‑one home care for clients of all ages, diagnoses and acuity levels, following doctors' orders and documenting care.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to client homes on a schedule you choose and deliver scheduled nursing care.
• Execute and document doctors' orders, perform assessments, monitor conditions, and record observations, interventions and evaluations.

Required profile

• Current valid nursing license in the United States.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Required skills

• Ability to follow and document physicians' orders accurately.
• Competence in performing patient assessments and monitoring vital signs.
