About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide 1:1 care to pediatric and adult clients across Long Island. Enjoy flexible scheduling, a $2,000 retention bonus, and weekly pay while making a meaningful impact in patients' homes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality nursing care to clients with complex medical needs in their homes.
- Maintain accurate electronic charting and documentation.
- Collaborate with 24/7 clinical support and mentorship teams.
- Adapt to day, evening, overnight, 8‑hour or 12‑hour shift patterns.
Required profile
- Current valid nursing license in the United States.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Required skills
- Proficiency in electronic charting systems (Statewise).
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied client caseload.
