About the role
BAYADA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide private duty home care in Columbia. You will travel to client homes, deliver one‑to‑one compassionate nursing care, and document all observations and interventions.
Key responsibilities
- Travel to assigned client homes on a schedule you help create.
- Execute and document doctors' orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Required profile
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
- Current LPN license in good standing in the state.
