Licensed Practical Nurse - Home Care

About the role

BAYADA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide private duty home care in the Greenville area. You will work independently, delivering one‑to‑one care to clients in their homes while following doctors' orders and documenting all observations.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to assigned client homes and perform assessments.
• Execute and document physicians' orders, monitor client conditions, and report changes.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, including observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and a current LPN license in good standing.
• Preferred: at least one year of nursing experience (LPN or RN).

Required skills

• Ability to perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and following medical orders.
