Licensed Practical Nurse – Home Care

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one‑on‑one care to clients in their homes, offering flexible scheduling and a supportive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized nursing care, including advanced procedures such as tracheostomy and ventilator management.
• Utilize electronic charting with Statewise and maintain accurate patient records.
• Participate in paid training and shadowing in award‑winning simulation labs.
• Match with cases near your home to minimize commute times.

Required profile

• Current LPN license and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work 8‑, 10‑, or 12‑hour shifts on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift schedules.
• Ability to provide care on a part‑time or full‑time basis with no weekend minimums.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Statewise electronic charting system.
• Experience or training in tracheostomy care.
• Experience or training in ventilator management.
