Licensed Practical Nurse – Evening Shift

About the role

The State of Georgia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Pathways Center team in Greenville, GA. This is a 2nd‑shift (3 pm – 11 pm) position providing crisis‑home, community‑based care for individuals with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the treatment team to deliver direct care based on each client’s treatment plan.
• Measure and record vital signs such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration.
• Administer medications, give injections, and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, mobility, and positioning.
• Prepare meals, perform light custodial duties, and support environmental safety.
• Observe clients, document changes in condition or behavior, and report to the treatment team.
• Participate in developing and reviewing treatment plans and arrange client transportation as needed.

Required profile

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
• Willingness to work the evening shift (3 pm – 11 pm).
• Ability to provide home‑based care in Greenville, GA.
• Experience caring for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a plus.

Required skills
