Licensed Practical Nurse – 1:1 Home Care

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide one‑to‑one care in clients' homes. You will travel to a client’s residence, follow doctors' orders, and deliver skilled nursing services with autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home on a schedule you choose and provide 1:1 care.
• Execute and document physicians' orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately.

Required profile

• Current, valid LPN license and graduation from an approved nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.
• Availability for 8‑, 10‑ or 12‑hour shifts on any schedule (PRN, part‑time, full‑time).

Required skills

• CPR proficiency.
• Skilled in tracheostomy and ventilator management.
• Ability to perform nursing assessments and documentation.
