Job description
About the role
We are a premier luxury real estate development firm seeking a mid‑level Licensed Architect to lead the design and execution of ultra‑high‑end custom single‑family residences in South Florida. You will work directly with principals, clients, consultants, and contractors to create architecturally distinctive homes that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship.

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, landscape, and interior design consultants.
- Manage permitting processes with local jurisdictions, including zoning, HOA, and code review.
- Conduct site visits, respond to RFIs, review submittals, and support construction administration through project close‑out.
- Translate the principals’ vision into buildable design and create moldboard and interior design sets.
- Maintain project budgets, schedules, and design quality across multiple concurrent projects.
Required profile
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited program.
- Active architectural license in Florida (reciprocity for Texas is a plus).
- 5–8 years of professional experience, primarily on custom single‑family residential projects.
- Portfolio demonstrating high‑end residential work, preferably $3M+ construction cost.
- Strong detailing skills, refined design sensibility, and excellent client presentation abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Revit (required).
- AutoCAD.
- SketchUp.
- Enscape or Lumion (or equivalent rendering tools).
- Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep knowledge of the Florida Building Code, including high‑velocity hurricane zone requirements.
What we offer
- Competitive salary $90,000–$100,000 per year.
- Annual performance bonus of $10,000.
- Opportunity to work on landmark luxury residences in exclusive South Florida communities.
