Levi's® Sales Associate – Florida Keys Outlet Center

About the role

Levi's® is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join the team at the Florida Keys Outlet Center. You will represent a historic brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting store operations and visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a Levi’s® stylist, providing knowledgeable product advice and delivering the 3C’s of Success: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Meet or exceed daily sales and performance targets.
• Handle cash transactions in accordance with Levi’s® cash handling guidelines.
• Assist with stock replenishment, security tagging, pricing, and inventory counts.
• Maintain store appearance and visual presentation standards.
• Support store security, safety, and loss‑prevention programs.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Required skills

• Strong product knowledge of Levi’s® apparel.
• Excellent customer‑service and communication abilities.
• Basic cash‑handling and point‑of‑sale proficiency.
