Legal Solutions Consultant – Texas (JD Required)

About the role

As a Legal Solutions Consultant you will help government agency clients adopt LexisNexis legal technology, delivering training and guidance that drives product usage and revenue growth. The position blends consultative selling, customer education, and strategic account management across Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultative services to legal customers and prospects, ensuring optimal use of LexisNexis products.
• Communicate with clients to understand challenges and deliver tailored guidance, education, and consultation.
• Deliver specialized presentations that highlight value propositions and differentiate from competitors.
• Collaborate with sales partners to develop strategic account plans and drive preference for solutions.
• Identify and share leads and opportunities with sales and product specialists.
• Conduct competitor research, analyze findings, and share insights with product, segment, and marketing teams.
• Gather feature and function feedback from customers to inform product roadmaps.
• Utilize required processes, tools, and systems effectively.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel 3‑7 days per month.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage a territory.
• Strong relationship‑building skills both internally and externally.
• Legal research experience or expertise and solid practice of law.
• Proven sales or training experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Juris Doctorate and bar license highly preferred.
