Legal Paid Consultant – Obligations, Renewals, Amendments & Disputes

About the role

We are seeking seasoned CLM operations and commercial contract lifecycle professionals to take part in a one‑time, paid, AI‑led video interview. The interview will capture how you manage post‑signature obligations, renewal windows, amendment workflows, breach handling and dispute escalation in real‑world settings.

Key responsibilities

• Explain how you capture and track contractual obligations, renewal dates, notice periods, milestones and audit‑critical terms.
• Describe your process for managing auto‑renewals, amendment approvals, change‑order workflows and contract repository updates after signature.
• Detail how you handle suspected breaches, ambiguous terms, cure periods, dispute notices, waivers, terminations and escalation to litigation.
• Show how you maintain contract records, decision documentation, alerts, audit trails and downstream business‑owner accountability.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in contract lifecycle management, commercial contracts, CLM operations, obligation management, renewals or contract disputes.
• Hands‑on experience in post‑signature obligation tracking, renewal management, amendment workflows, breach handling and dispute escalation.
• Proven ability to make or influence decisions on obligation ownership, notice timing, renewal strategy, amendment approvals, breach response and litigation escalation.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with legal, finance, compliance, procurement, product, engineering or external counsel.
