Legal Paid Consultant – E‑Billing, Spend & Vendor Management

About the role

We are looking for seasoned legal operations professionals to participate in a one‑time, paid interview for our AI Marketplace project. The role is fully remote and limited to U.S.‑based experts who can share real‑world workflows in e‑billing, legal spend analytics, vendor management and knowledge management.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a recorded 30‑minute AI‑led video interview describing how you perform invoice review, e‑billing, and payment routing.
• Explain the creation of spend reports and dashboards by firm, matter type, business unit, budget, forecast and actuals.
• Detail vendor and legal‑tech evaluation processes, including security, procurement, implementation, adoption, renewals and value measurement.
• Describe maintenance of playbooks, templates, matter taxonomies, knowledge repositories, data quality and reporting trustworthiness.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience in e‑billing, legal spend analytics, legal operations, legal technology, vendor management or knowledge management.
• Proven ability to own or execute invoice review, spend reporting, vendor lifecycle and KM workflows in a production environment.
• Experience collaborating with legal, finance, compliance, security, procurement or engineering stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to walk through complex workflows step‑by‑step.

What we offer

• Compensation at $120 USD per hour, prorated for the 30‑minute interview.
