Legal Operations Manager

About the role

Replit is looking for a Legal Operations Manager to serve as the central point of contact for legal requests and to own the contract lifecycle. You will ensure legal operations run smoothly, reduce risk, and help the company move faster.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the Legal team’s operational strategy, improve systems and workflows, and manage an AI‑driven tech stack.
• Partner with Finance and Legal leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and spend tracking.
• Manage outside‑counsel relationships, billing guidelines, and cost‑discipline initiatives.
• Serve as the primary intake point for legal requests, triage, route, and track contracts and deadlines.
• Support corporate transactions, due‑diligence, annual filings, policy updates, and data‑privacy initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven legal administrative experience.
• Strong attention to detail, proofreading ability, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Motivation to grow knowledge base and work independently.

Required skills

• Experience building and optimizing legal tech stacks.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor negotiations.
