Legal Operations Generalist

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Operations Generalist to join our Legal team in Sunnyvale. Reporting to the Legal Operations Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for legal requests across the company, ensuring smooth execution of workflows and preventing any slip‑throughs.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the hub for legal intake: triage, route, and track all incoming requests.
• Identify and pilot AI‑native solutions for legal operations, guiding team adoption.
• Own day‑to‑day CLM operations, maintaining automated workflows for NDAs, vendor agreements, and commercial contracts.
• Support attorneys and contract managers with process and system queries.
• Leverage AI and MCP capabilities for self‑service contract data queries and trend analysis.
• Build and maintain an organized, searchable document repository and document SOPs.
• Manage the Legal team’s new‑hire onboarding and maintain key templates.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working with AI‑enabled tools and enterprise systems.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive in identifying process improvements.

Required skills

• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
• Familiarity with document management and knowledge‑base systems.
• Ability to work with AI‑driven automation tools.
