Legal Intake Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a Legal Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients. In this role you will help clients feel supported and understood while providing clear, actionable guidance. Your professionalism will set the tone for their entire experience with our firm.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the initial contact for prospective clients, handling inquiries with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Listen to client concerns, provide clear guidance, and ensure they feel supported.
- Accurately document client information and route cases to the appropriate attorneys.
- Maintain organized records and follow up on pending matters.
