Legal Customer Success Consultant (JD Required)

About the role

We are looking for a Legal Customer Success Consultant to build and nurture strong relationships with law‑firm clients using our document management and drafting solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact, guiding clients through onboarding, training and adoption while collaborating across product, support and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the overall success and satisfaction of clients using DMS and drafting solutions.
• Own a portfolio of law‑firm clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and continuous training.
• Develop and execute comprehensive training plans and retention strategies.
• Coordinate with technical support, product, and development teams to resolve issues.
• Advocate for client feedback, influencing product improvements and new features.
• Track usage data, performance metrics and satisfaction scores to identify improvement areas.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer success, account management or client services.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work schedules.
• Legal or technology background is a plus.
