About the role

We are a leading research organization seeking experienced legal professionals to evaluate and improve the legal reasoning of large language models. This remote, project‑based role sits at the intersection of law and technology.

Key responsibilities

Review and refine model‑generated legal outputs for accuracy, clarity, and sound reasoning across practice areas such as M&A, criminal law, personal injury, tax, and environmental law.
Develop and assess prompts, model responses, and grading rubrics to measure legal reasoning quality.
Collaborate with researchers to simulate real‑world legal workflows and use cases.

Required profile

Strong experience in legal practice with exposure to multiple domains (e.g., M&A, criminal law, tax).
J.D. from a top‑50 U.S. law school.
Proven ability in legal research, analysis, and structured written communication.
Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
