Legal Advisor – Remote (Part‑time, $40‑110/hr)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Legal Advisor on a part‑time contract basis to support a leading AI company. You will apply your expertise in commercial contracts, employment law, structured finance, private equity and M&A to train next‑generation AI models with high‑quality, real‑world input.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyze and redline commercial contracts to ensure legal accuracy and business alignment.
• Provide expert guidance on employment law, structured finance, private equity and M&A matters.
• Evaluate SaaS Master Service Agreements, identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Interpret complex regulatory requirements and develop compliance guidelines.
• Assess data‑privacy and regulatory compliance issues and advise on mitigation.

Required profile

• Strong background in commercial contracts, employment law and structured finance.
• Proven ability to draft and review MSAs and other commercial agreements.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Independent worker with strong communication and project‑management skills.
• Familiarity with AI and machine‑learning concepts.
